Born and bred in Adelaide I started the first 13 years of my working life with Shell Australia. This gave me a wonderful grounding in the workings of the corporate world which has stayed with me ever since. Shell were also my travel agent and I worked for them in Adelaide, Melbourne, Papua New Guinea, Sydney, and Brisbane. After Shell, I owned and operated a Shell Service Station in Cairns for a number of years. Here I learned about the trials and tribulations of owning a small family business.
In 1994 I purchased an accounting practice in Cairns and so began my years as a public accountant. In 1996 I moved to Brisbane and bought a slightly larger practice in Capalaba which is the foundation of the 4Front business as it is today.
I enjoy the work that I do, and the opportunity to partner with our clients and help them achieve financial success.
When not at work, I am working hard to play a decent round of golf – I find this harder than work. I also enjoy good food and fine wines – I find this easier than work.

My role is as a Chartered Senior Accountant at 4Front. My passion has always been business strategy and management. After 15 years experience in Pharmacy management, as a pharmacist/manager, I decided to broaden my horizons and move into Accounting.
Utilising my prior commercial experience in Pharmacy, I work with a range of clients, including high net worth individuals and small to medium sized enterprises. I have also worked with large sized organisations within the Pharmacy industry. I offer practical advice to my clients in order to grow their business and achieve their financial, lifestyle and personal goals. I am responsible for preparing a full range of financial statements, tax returns, FBT, payroll tax and BAS/IAS for my clients.
I also have experience with KPI and management reporting specifically tailored to pharmacy businesses to assist in business growth.
In my spare time I like to go to the gym for a body attack class and going to the movies. I also love to travel.

Outside of finance and family, I am an avid cricket fan. I put on the whites every fortnight for the Carina Cricket Club and play indoor cricket weekly. My other interests include listening to and growing my vinyl record collection.
I joined 4Front in 2020 as a member of the Financial Planning team. My goal was to become a Mortgage Broker and assist in building this service at 4Front. I have since completed a Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, and am an Authorised Credit Representative with the MFAA.
